Apparently they use supercritical CO2 in dry cleaning maybe we should experiment if needed
That was the most interesting hour of TV I have watched in a long time and I hung off every word. Thank you for imparting your knowledge and you seem to have a knack for delivering it. Can't wait to delve into your library and see what other hidden gems you have to offer. (Pun intended) I'll be sure to share your chanel with some friends who are always looking for quality content. Thanks again for a great video.
Very awesome video. I enjoyed this very much. Thank you
It's just about $16 a ton for recycled concrete. I don't think it's worth messing with a backyard machine.
Good old placer gold
I'm proud of you Jason and I'm happy for all you guys man to get to do that is pretty awesome and heck yeah man heck yeah I love it
I love operating equipment. I'd be willing to help out too learn the process if you would allow me to join
No risk of losses on the loads if the section doesn’t yield enough to pay for the helicopter
Mine tge entire quartz vein if you can quickly cover your fixed cost Then just labor, electricity, bits and possibly fuel No helicopter 🚁 is and easiest way to calculate it 🤣👍
Drill closer together and drill extra holes just a couple in the quartz that will give the rock somewhere to go without extra holes the rock is to solid and and won't move on the blast
You could probably use the drone to fly up a small generator to run a small electric chisel such as the Hilti if battery’s can’t handle it 👍
Hilti
Hilton I hammer drill
Last idea 💡 Could you use a cordless hammer drill (the big one) then use a cordless impact driver to screw expanding concrete anchors into the quarters veiin Versus using the hammer and rods Just updating the method with the benefit of our generations tech Love your videos 😘 Good luck 🍀
Several hours of run time too
220 lbs is allot of wait to fly very safely
Fly on them
People fly in them…you could fly yourself up 👍🤣👍 They do it on RUclips videos Doesn’t look safe But definitely your tools, water, food, safety gear, etc can be flown up to 12 miles to your landing spot automatically by dropping a GPS pin on the drop location The drone fly automatically to that coordinate Amazing
Lots of cool safety and technology to make it easy to operate
220 Lbs
Of course I’m not a drone expert I was just watching a video on drones a came across this drone to deliver packages Hopefully there is a cheaper drone that would meet your needs 👍
Drone DJI FLYCART 30
Hello Jason, Love your videos IDEA 💡 Check out this drone that can carry 220 safely and fly for hours …$16k or ~4-5 helicopter rentals Maybe worth it if you can find enough of that quartz laying around May be worth doing it just to pay for the drone to use on future projects
Very good job
Enjoying your channel more and more. Also Enjoying your visits with Dan Hurd and company. Keep it up. I also enjoy you sharing your knowledge and processes in geology, logging, mining and smelting
great video bro but your voice level on max volume all the time xD woke me up from a dead sleep
1:53:44 upper left side of the screen 👀 how did you miss that picker starring at you? If it was a snake, ita got ya
It'll be interesting if you gave a breakdown of the cost for propane and materials to get your final product
Babble on. I WOULD HAVE DONETHAT 40 YEARS AGO.
Shut up get to work. Start around your feet.
Such a great video man I applaud your dedication and hard work especially those young men working with you! God bless and I’m looking forward to the next video!
use wrought iron.. modern nails are anything but iron they have a lot of steel chrome zinc and with a calcium rich coating. you might want to look at investing into a bench top XRF machine for testing cons. and tweaking the flux and oxide mixture based on the testing also might want to look at adding air injection during the smelt to help oxidize a a bunch of the junk at step 1
Way to go, Jason!!! Excellent summary! I have already watched all your videos two or three times, lol...I çannot wait to see you make that 10oz bar of gold, From your own mine!! It is truly special to witness... keep your videos coming, please lol
like mining gold
I always enjoy both of your videos!!! you and Levi are class acts!
God I hate mining what a waste
Shoot 1 toward 1 2 towards 2 make sure the burn pulls . Love the show om MSHA RETIRED . hard rock.
They left all that gold imagine the good gold chunks they took. Did you ever go back ?
Fascinating....keep on ranting. Great video Jason
What happens to the used qupails after the other metals soak in leaving the gold? One time use? Can u get the other metals back out ?
Crush the cupels, mix with carbon to drive off the oxides, add flux and heat ,and you can recover the other metals as a mix. Cupels are one-time use, but if one is only partially used, you can usually use it up, but it may fall apart.
I definitely would preserve the stove, cool piece of history for sure, great videos cheers.
While not feasible for production would roasting the sulfides first work for the purpose of an analytical assay?
you need a high velosity nitroglycerin as a primer for the tovex.
Watch the movie The treasure of the sierra madre for lesson in greed. Then watch American gangster particularly the part of the naked women processing the product. Also make sure you check Dan's pockets!!!!😅😅😅😅😅😅
👍
👍👍
That last rock reminds me of a lizard head
The area is gorgeous!
i still think it would be epic if you had electric lifts and trackways in the mine. then you could press a button to activate them, and only need a generator outside the mine or just at the front entrance to power it. that, or have some sort of conveyer belt system that you can alter and modify to account for the various bent or raised or lowered sections. then again, pure muscle power is fine if you can't afford machinery. but at the same time, i guess that is a fantastic workout haha. i do think that if you could get those micro-machines that can fit in the shafts to do the long haul sections with like those Opal Miners in AU have, that could increase efficiency quite a bit and be slightly less work overall for ye. on another note, i was wondering about if you could use diamond core drills to more quickly make holes with and just extract the core itself to vacate them. or, even for doing testing, and just crush the cores as needed. i know its probably not the most efficient, but if you could use a large diamond blade saw to cut slabs out of the ore pockets, or vein structure, if that might be faster than blasting and drilling. or to use to clean up around and or establish better platforms etc. for some reason i feel like using grinders and blades might be an interesting way to excavate a hard rock mine, as then you could Really target specific spots, and then just collect up the dust and chips as you go. anyways, i also have an urge to smooth out the mines walls haha, may be a time waster, but it could be good fun, even if its not productive lol.
